Amiens is holding four different events in commemoration of the 101st anniversary of ANZAC Day
8.30pm, Friday 22 April - Amiens Cathedral
"1916...du haut de la Cathédrale" : musical performance and poems read by artists from various countries, including the Voices of Birrallee Australian choir and 150 musicians and singers from the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional d'Amiens Métropole.
Tariff: 15€ on day of concert, 10€ by reservation
4pm, Saturday 23 April - Rue de Noyon
Projection on the Perret Tower (tall tower near station) - Inauguration of the outdoor trail "Amiens dans la Grande Guerre" and "Centenary Meeting Point" .
From 11.30am, Sunday 24 April - Place Notre Dame
Australian and New Zealand visitors are invited to join the city's inhabitants in the square in front of the Cathedral and enjoy local specialities and various activities.
4.30pm, Sunday 24 April - Salle des fêtes de l'Hôtel de Ville
Concert by the Franco-Australian pianist Elyane Laussade in the Town Hall Community centre. The concert will be followed by an official reception for visitors and inhabitants of Amiens.
