Why “Butterworth Farm” ?

George Butterworth was a British compositor killed in Pozières on the 5th of August, 1916 in one of the trenches close to our bed & breakfast. His body was never found. The way to our gîte carries his name to honour his memory. He was 31 years old.

Family Suite “Sur la route des Indes” (first floor) Description : 2 double beds (160 x200) , bathroom with shower and toilet and small living room.

Room “La Campagnarde (first floor) Description : family room with a small living room, one double bed (140 x 200), 2 single beds (90 x 200), possibility to add one extra bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet (easy access for people with handicap).

Room “Baie de Somme” Description : double bed (160 x200) bathroom with shower and toilet (easy access for people with handicap). If you stay several days you will enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, our living room with a space to share your meals.
