100th Anniversary of the Inter-Allied Single Command

On Sunday 25 March, commemorations were held in the Somme to mark the 100th anniversary of the Inter-Allied Single Command, established in Doullens on 26 March 1918.
The President of the Somme, Laurent Somon, welcomed Geneviève Darrieussecq, Secretary of State to the Minister of the Armed Forces, to the department for this important anniversary and they also visited Louvencourt Military Cemetery, one of the sites selected for the UNESCO World Heritage bid, and the Franco-Australian Museum in Villers-Bretonneux.
